For procedures requiring anesthesia, Harlan County Health System offers a modern and fully-equipped operating room, including dedicated areas for pre-op and recovery. The benefit to our patients is that for many surgical and other procedures, there is no need to travel out of town. Procedures commonly performed at HCHS include:
