Insurance

Once you have provided HCHS with current insurance information, we will bill all insurance claims on your behalf. Remember, however, that your insurance policy coverage is a contract between you and your insurance carrier, so the ultimate responsibility for payment rests with you.

Insurance copayments and deductibles are due at the time of service. If you are unable to make payment in full at the time of service, please notify the receptionist prior to your appointment. You will be referred to the business office so other payment arrangements can be made.

Payments may be made by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
